Treatment Available

Epidural Steroid Injections

An epidural steroid injection (ESI) is an injection of a small dose of corticosteroid into the epidural space, located between the vertebrae and the dural sac, which surrounds the spinal cord.

MILD Procedure

Minimally Invasive Lumbar Decompression (MILD) is  an outpatient procedure treats this condition by removing excess ligament tissue, which reduces compression on spinal nerves.

Botox Injections

Botox injections alleviate pain by relaxing the muscles. Botox can be used to treat migraines and cervical dystonia by injecting it into multiple areas around the head and neck.

Medication Management

Use of various pain management methods to assist patients in controlling chronic pain and regaining function. Pain medications, together with other treatments, are a key component of this approach.

Radiofrequency Ablation

Radiofrequency ablation uses radio frequency waves passed through a specialized needle to generate heat around the medial branch nerves to burn the nerve and block its ability to transmit pain signals to the brain.

Trigger Point Injections

Trigger point injections, a pain management treatment, involve injecting a local anesthetic and steroid medication into a tender area of muscle (trigger point) to relieve pain.

Hyaluronic Acid Injections

Hyaluronic acid injections can help replace the lost hyaluronic acid in arthritic joints. It is a natural substance that acts as a lubricant and shock absorber in joints.

Spinal Cord Stimulator Placement

A spinal cord stimulator is a medical device that treats chronic pain by sending electrical impulses to the spinal cord.

Kyphoplasty

Kyphoplasty is an outpatient procedure in which bone cement is injected to stabilize spinal compression fractures, usually caused by osteoporosis or spinal tumors,  resulting in immediate pain relief.

Peripheral Joint Injections

Peripheral joint injections are cortisone injections administered into the joints of the limbs such as the shoulder, elbow, hip, knee, and joints of the hands and feet.

Platelet-Rich Plasma Injections

Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections are a biological therapy using the patient's own blood to heal injuries by increasing the concentration of platelets in blood.

Basivertebral Nerve Ablation

Basivertebral nerve ablation, also known as Intracept, aims to relieve pain by targeting a specific nerve within the vertebra called the basivertebral nerve. It  is a minimally invasive treatment for people with chronic low back pain.
